1. General These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Glow by Thai online store located at glowbythai.com ("Store"), operated by Glow by Thai, based in Belgium. By placing an order or using our Store, you agree to these Terms in full.

2. Products All products sold on glowbythai.com are personal care and beauty products. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify descriptions at any time. Product images are for illustrative purposes; slight variations in colour or packaging may occur.

3. Pricing & Payment All prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable VAT. We accept payment via the methods listed at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and will notify you before processing your order if a discrepancy is found.

4. Orders & Contract Formation An order placed through our Store constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed only upon our written order confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

5. Delivery We ship within Belgium and across the EU. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

6. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers) As an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, in accordance with Belgian and EU consumer law. 8. Liability To the fullest extent permitted by Belgian law, Glow by Thai is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or Store. Our liability is limited to the value of the order in question.

9. Intellectual Property All content on glowbythai.com — including text, images, logos, and branding — is the property of Glow by Thai and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.

10. Governing Law These Terms are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Belgium. EU consumers also retain the right to use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odrec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
