RETURN & REFUND POLICY Last updated: April 15, 2026

1. Right of Withdrawal As an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive and Belgian law.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, notify us within 14 days of delivery by contacting us at Glowbythai@outlook.com with your order number and a clear statement of your decision to withdraw. You may use the EU model withdrawal form, though it is not obligatory to do so.

2. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Sealed goods that have been opened after delivery and are not suitable for return for hygiene or health protection reasons (e.g. opened skincare, body care, or personal care products).
  • Goods that have been clearly personalised.

3. Return Conditions To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in their original, sealed packaging.
  • Returned within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we have received the items back.

Original shipping costs are refunded only if the entire order is returned.

5. Defective or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at Glowbythai@outlook.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

6. How to Return

  1. Email us at Glowbythai@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide return instructions and the return address.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
  4. Ship the item back and retain your proof of postage.
