1. Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Belgian public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Destinations We ship within Belgium and across the European Union. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us at Glowbythai@outlook.com.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method. Typical delivery times are:
- Belgium: 1–3 business days
- EU countries: 3–8 business days depending on destination
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.
4. Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this to follow your shipment in real time.
5. Customs & Duties (EU) For orders within the EU, no additional customs duties apply. Prices displayed at checkout include applicable VAT in accordance with EU regulations.
6. Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at Glowbythai@outlook.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
